The Taxi Charity is deeply saddened to learn that Dave Allen, owner and editor of The Cab Driver Newspaper has passed away.
Dave was always very supportive of the work of the Taxi Charity, featuring many stories about the charity in his newspaper.
In June this year he spent a week with the charity, cabbies and veterans in Normandy for D-Day 75.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
