An afternoon of music and friendship at Danny House

The Taxi Charity was delighted to join The Not Forgotten for a summer garden party at Danny House, a Grade I listed Elizabethan red brick mansion, near Hurstpierpoint in West Sussex on Sunday 2 August.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of the historic house and glorious sunshine, veterans, volunteers and guests enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of music, entertainment and companionship.
The entertainment was first class, with performances from the ever-popular Jive Aces, The Not Forgotten Choir, a fantastic Elvis tribute act and our great friend Annie Riley, who many of our veterans will remember from her brilliant performance during our Worthing trip in July.
Events like these provide veterans with the opportunity to meet old friends, make new memories and enjoy a day filled with laughter, music and camaraderie. We are grateful to The Not Forgotten for their warm hospitality and for organising another memorable afternoon that was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who attended.
