It is with deep sadness that the Taxi Charity announces the death of Dennis James.
Dennis was a London licenced taxi driver for over 50 years and a great supporter of our charity. He joined the Taxi Charity as a volunteer driver almost immediately after he obtained his taxi licence and later became a member of the committee, then assistant treasurer and vice president.
Dennis, along with his wife Brenda, were always ready to help at our events and will be sadly missed by veterans, drivers and committee members alike.
Rest in peace, Dennis.
