Danny Parr from Edmonton will be running the London Marathon on Sunday 28 April to raise funds for the Taxi Charity which does so much to support his grandfather, Bill Parr.
Danny works for the London Fire Brigade and is hoping to complete the 26.2 miles in just under 4 hours.
Danny says:
“The Taxi Charity does so much for my grandfather, Bill Parr, and his fellow veterans, that it was a very easy choice to raise money for them.”
Bill is one of our regular collectors and has also fundraised for us - by skydiving with the Red Devils!
