The London Taxi Benvolent Association for War Disabled held their annual general meeting on 11th November 2013 at The Royal Hospital Chelsea SW3. Those present were Richard Hudd, Paul Davis, Michael Husk, Graham Pike, Michael Culverwell, Terry Ward, Richard Goodwin, Gary Hutchins, Dennis James, Gary Belsey, Dave Hempstead, Derek Leone, Reg Hay, Trevor Clarke, and guest Edward Hillary.

Chairman Richard Hudd opened the meeting at 3-15p.m a minutes silence was held for those no longer with us. The Chairman’s report was handed to committee members, which was read and approved. Trevor Clarke, the charity auditor, thanked the Chairman, Treasurer and Committee for the good work that they are doing for the charity, he then read the financial report, which was approved. The Chairman and committee thanked Trevor for his assistance in preparing the accounts.

The Chairman invited Edward Hillary to be a member of the committee and he was pleased to accept the position. The Annual General meeting of The London Taxi Benevolent Association for War Disabled then closed at 4.00pm.
