Military Career: Parachute Regiment 1977-2004 Regular and TA, 1977-1979 10 Para TA, 1979-2002 1 Para, Pathfinders, Red Devils Parachute Team, Joint Severs Parachute Centre (Netheravon), 2002-2004 Civil Affairs Group TA. Operational Tours of Hong Kong, Northern Island, Kosovo and Gulf War 2 (Iraq Op Telic). Ranks Private-Colour Sargent.
Civilian Life: After leaving the Army, worked in the security industry as a consultant and operator abroad and in the UK for the last ten years.
Taxi Career: In 1999, obtained first badge in Rushmoor Borough (Aldershot & Farnborough); then in 2007, obtained Yellow badge for the suburbs for Hounslow, Kingston and Richmond. In 2013, obtained Epsom & Ewell badge and in 2014, obtained green badge (All London).
Charity Work: In 2013, Dennis became one of the regular drivers for the charity, volunteering his services for most of the charity's events. In late 2014, Dennis was asked to join the committee.
